Evan's Great Escape
Evan Sidebottom and 3 work colleagues will be taking part in the Dreamflight 'Great Escape' - Saturday 10th May 2008
All teams will be taken by coach at 6:30am, in fancy dress, to an undisclosed location (about 2 hours drive away) and allowed to escape. With no money and no mobile phones the aim is to be the first team to return to the Rose and Crown, Wootton having completed a number of set tasks on the way.
Dreamflight's aim is to take seriously ill and disabled children to Orlando for the holiday of a lifetime visiting the Theme Parks, to bring some fun and joy to these children whose illnesses cause pain, distress and disruption to their lives.

Xmas Fun Shoot Pictures
Kayleigh reports: ~
For those that turned up to the Committee meeting they were soon mobbed by Billie and I with various fancy dress items! They were made to look as silly as possible (with the exception of those that didn't need any help) and Billie later printed them out, whereas i decided to draw some Christmassy pictures and decorate them with cotton wool and wrapping paper. Tim also put up 2 candles, which you had to put out, but they were soon hard to identify as candles, as Laurie decided it would be more fun to shoot AT the candles not through them.
There was plenty of food, thanks to those who provided it, and it was a nice supprise for all of us there when Pat R. came as well. Great fun was had by all, and we're looking forward to next Christmas! - Kayleigh.
